Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  4. Stir again before eating, adding a splash more milk if needed to loosen.
  5. Top with berries, nuts, or nut butter just before serving.
